Glympse has been recognized as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces by the Puget Sound Business Journal. To generate this list, Business Journal administers employee surveys across four categories based on company size and ranks the top 25 companies in each category for employee satisfaction scores. Companies that made the list will be honored in a special ceremony on August 26, 2021.
When asked what this recognition means to Glympse, CEO Chris Ruff shared, “This 2021 World’s Best Workplaces recognition is yet another proof point of our commitment to a strong One Glympse—One Team culture. Our employees make Glympse a great place to work every day. I’m extremely proud of how resilient our team has been in a very challenging environment. Our team has consistently shown how intrinsically connected we are as a company and within our global communities, and I want to thank everyone for their relentless drive to succeed and delight our customers all over the world.”
The best workplaces score factors in 30 items across six categories, including communication and resources, trust in leadership, team dynamics, personal engagement, and more. Companies that made the list had the highest composite scores in an employee survey administered by Quantum Workplaces on behalf of the Puget Sound Business Journal.
Glympse has been named a Best Workplace in Washington in 2018 and now 2021. You can learn more about Glympse here.
